Because each puzzle is cut uniquely, pieces are not transferable between puzzles. Our warranty covers replacement with the same title only.
If you believe that there is a puzzle piece missing, please do the following:
- Assemble the entire puzzle using all available puzzle pieces
- Carefully search the area where you were assembling the puzzle
- Search nearby areas where the piece may have traveled
- Search any guilty-looking family members, friends, or pets
- Allow a few days for the missing piece to turn up - it usually does!
Still missing a piece?
If, after doing all of the above, you still cannot find the piece, please send us a request for a replacement puzzle by regular mail - see below.
SENDING A REQUEST BY MAIL:
Please send us your address, phone number, email address, as well as a copy of your purchase receipt (dated less than one year from today’s date).
Also please cut out the barcode from the puzzle box, and include this, as well one piece of the puzzle.
Place these in an envelope and mail to:

You will receive a replacement puzzle within 2-3 weeks.
