Missing Pieces/Product Quality Issues

If you believe that there is a puzzle piece missing, please do the following:

  1. Assemble the entire puzzle using all available puzzle pieces
  2. Carefully search the area where you were assembling the puzzle
  3. Search nearby areas where the piece may have traveled
  4. Search any guilty-looking family members, friends, or pets
  5. Allow a few days for the missing piece to turn up - it usually does!

Please note that each of our puzzles is cut uniquely and pieces are not transferable between puzzles.
This means that we are not able to provide you with the specific piece or pieces that you need.
